When you create an account, you agree to:

Permitted Use: FluencyWave is designed to help you learn languages through reading and interactive content. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload or share content that is offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without authorization.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Paid Subscription: FluencyWave is a paid service. Subscription pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. You must maintain an active paid subscription to access the Service.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.

Refunds: Refund policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Your Rights: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

Our Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluencyWave and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or learning progress.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of your jurisdiction.
